Financial Information
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been established. We accept cash and all major credit cards. To facilitate the process, please ensure you bring your completed insurance cards to your appointment. We kindly ask that payment for services provided be settled in full upon completion. Should two visits be required, an upfront payment of 50% of the total fee is expected today, with the remaining balance due at the next visit.
Insurance
We are happy to submit claims to your dental insurance for any expenses incurred in our office. However, we need you to provide adequate information for billing purposes. Please note that any benefit details we receive from your insurance are estimates and are provided as a courtesy. You are responsible for any remaining balance on your account. We ask that you pay your estimated share on the day services are provided. Once the insurance processes your claim, we will issue a statement or refund for any remaining balance. We accept a variety of insurance plans.
We accept most major PPO dental insurances. If you're uncertain about your coverage, please ask our front-office team. They can provide you with a list of your benefits based on your plan and any other payment details you might need.

We are in network with the following insurance companies:
Understanding dental insurance is important. Most plans cover preventive care fully and a portion of other treatments. Commonly, PPO plans follow a 100/80/50 model, which means they cover 100% of preventive care, 80% of basic procedures, and 50% of major work.
However, coverage can vary based on your specific plan. Cosmetic procedures, such as veneers, usually aren't included. While routine exams and cleanings are covered right away, many plans impose a waiting period for restorative treatments.
Each plan has an annual limit, and any costs exceeding this must be paid by the patient. Dental insurance can help lower treatment costs, benefiting many patients, but it isn't always essential.
